@TMobile 3 gateways with 3 different SIM cards and I still get internet maybe 5 days a month… help me understand why all the towers around are good, my gateways are set up yet ‘no internet’ is the message I get? I’ve yet to receive an answer. Only ‘I’m so sorry’… so am I! 🙄

@susaneisenberg1 I've had good luck with Mint Mobile prepaid, but I'm in San Diego not LA. They use the T-Mobile network. Great pricing, but the downside is no brick-and-mortar stores, so have to go online for service issues.

@JonFreier @TMobile Ask if they have ever run across a situation where a account been suspended and T-Mobile call center reps tell customer to bring ID and SS card to retail store so they fax them somewhere... 2, where I live said it was a first, with special instructions. No one wants to "own it"

@TMobileHelp Been on the phone 3 times for 45 mins each time doing all troubleshooting including factory reset. Problem is with the towers, particularly with intermittent 5GUC signal. Just admit you are having problems

@TMobileHelp your app has not worked for months. I have to uninstall then install and still after entering password it will not let you loggin It takes you to the beginning and ask for your login again. Come on TMoble#dobetter by your customers.
