Get ready to sink your teeth into the most delicious and flavorful Ninja Foodi corned beef! You won’t believe just how easy it is to make.
The Ninja Foodi’s pressure cooking feature is a game-changer when it comes to making corned beef. Every slice is tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, and it only takes an hour to cook!
I personally like to make my Ninja Foodi corned beef with no cabbage. However, if you want to add some cabbage to your meal, I recommend using any leftover cooking liquid from the pressure cooker while the corned beef rests!
With just a handful of ingredients and minimal effort, you can create a mouthwatering corned beef meal the whole family will love. If you normally only enjoy this dish on St. Patrick’s day, the Ninja Foodi method might have you whipping it up all year round.
I used the Ninja Foodi 8QT Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer for this recipe. I find this to be a great size for my family of four!

How Long to Cook Corned Beef in the Ninja Foodi
For this recipe, I recommend cooking the corned beef in the Ninja Foodi for 1 hour. As long as your corned beef brisket is between 2 and 3 pounds, 60 minutes should be plenty.
The goal is for the pressure cooker to cook the meat long enough that it becomes melt-in-your-mouth fork tender. An hour is also a good amount of time to infuse the brisket with the mouthwatering flavors of the garlic and onion.
To ensure your corned beef is fully cooked, I always suggest using an Instant Read Thermometer for the most accuracy. The internal temperature should reach at least 145 degrees F.
Tips for Making the Best Pressure Cooker Corned Beef
- Place the brisket fat-side up to keep the meat from drying out and help infuse the brisket with juicy flavor.
- Make sure the brisket is fully submerged in the beef broth to prevent drying out.
- When releasing the steam, be careful to angle the pot away from your face.
- For added flavor, you can use the leftover cooking liquid as a delicious broth for cabbage or other side dishes.
- Let the corned beef rest for a few minutes before slicing so you don’t lose too much of the juice.
